This statement applies to the See3D website at www.see3d.ai. SEE3D LTD is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities, those using assistive technology, and anyone on a slower connection or older device.
1. What we aim for
We aim to design and build our website to meet the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is the standard recommended by the UK government and required for most public-sector sites, and we use it as our benchmark.
2. What we do to support accessibility
We aim to ensure that:
- —the website can be navigated using a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator;
- —pages use semantic structure so that screen readers can announce content meaningfully;
- —text contrast meets WCAG AA contrast ratios;
- —the layout is responsive and remains usable when zoomed; and
- —meaningful images carry descriptive alternative text.
3. Known limitations
We are honest about the areas we are still improving. Some content presents particular accessibility challenges:
- —Interactive 3D tours and panoramic content are inherently visual and may not be fully accessible to screen-reader users. If you need information contained in a tour in an alternative format, please contact us and we will provide it.
- —Some documents (such as downloadable plans or PDFs) may not yet be fully tagged for screen-reader use. If you need an alternative format, we will provide one.
- —Some video content may not yet have captions on every clip; we are prioritising captioning of our most-viewed videos first.
4. How to report an accessibility problem
We welcome your feedback. If you find something that does not work for you, or you need information in a different format, please contact us:
- —Email: enquiries@see3d.ai
- —Post: Flat 7 Malt Works Apartments, 281 Field End Road, Ruislip, England, HA4 9DQ
We treat accessibility reports seriously and aim to respond within 5 working days. If we cannot fix a specific issue immediately, we will find an alternative way to provide the information or complete the task for you.
5. If you are not happy with our response
The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the accessibility regulations. If you are not happy with how we respond to your complaint, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), which provides free advice on equality and human-rights matters in England, Scotland and Wales.
